Senior Partner Relations Manager (Games/Entertainment)

Unity's Partner Relations team is seeking proactive Account Managers to own the success of their most valued partners. Working directly with Developers' executive and technical leadership, this role ensures the success of Unity productions worldwide by solving complex challenges. As a Senior Partner Relations Manager, you'll be the critical connection point between Unity and key customers. You'll help customers create everything from mobile projects to AAA console games and immersive VR experiences, ensuring they achieve maximum performance and ship on time. This role requires managing customer relationships, surfacing critical issues, and feeding strategic insights back to product teams. You'll manage customer emergencies with calm focus and drive constant improvement both with customers and within Unity's operations.
