As a Developer Experience Engineer, your mission is to remove friction for engineers using Toradex solutions. You'll create technical documentation, demos, reproducible references, and automation that let customers go from prototype to production faster. You will drive our efforts to have the best technical support experience in the industry, including assisting customers through our AI-powered developer community. You'll work closely with R&D, Product and Marketing and be the voice of developers inside Toradex. Your responsibilities will include creating the leading Self Service Support Experience in the Industry through one-to-many support resources, developing backend and tooling infrastructure for scalable, event-driven, containerized, and cloud-integrated solutions, building AI chatbots and intelligent search systems, and interacting directly with customers to identify common problems and transform them into scalable documentation, automated solutions, and product insights.
