As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be a key driver of global marketing efforts to drive demand and revenue growth. You'll design, implement, and optimize scaled lifecycle campaigns across user segments and life stages. The role focuses on creating exceptional user journeys across email, dashboard surfaces, and content through a relentless focus on user experience and channel optimization. In this role, you will drive ideation, strategy, and execution of scaled lifecycle campaigns across email and in-product notifications to achieve core business outcomes like product activation, revenue generation, cross-selling, and customer retention. You'll identify customer needs, develop solutions to improve user experience, and generate ongoing user-driven insights to inform campaign strategy and optimization. The position requires leveraging marketing automation, behavioral data, and machine learning techniques to create personalized experiences at scale. You'll analyze trends, develop actionable insights to optimize against targets, and share relevant learnings across the organization. Collaboration will be key, working closely with stakeholders across Growth, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Sales, and Marketing teams.
