Sinch is pioneering the way the world communicates, and they are seeking a Developer Community Manager to champion the developer voice within Sinch and the broader Mailgun community. This role blends technical expertise with community engagement to ensure developers feel supported, inspired, and heard while collaborating closely with internal teams. In this role, you will engage directly with the developer community to understand how they use Mailgun and what they need next. You'll identify and showcase interesting community projects, use cases, and success stories. Your responsibilities will include creating how-to content, FAQs, and technical guides to support developers integrating Mailgun into their applications. You will collaborate with internal developers and marketing teams to ensure authentic, technically accurate communication. This includes reviewing and proofreading code examples and technical documentation before publication, and surfacing key community insights to advocate for developer needs within Sinch.
