Senior Product Manager, Growth & Developer Experience

As a Senior Product Manager for Growth & Developer Experience at MongoDB, you will play a critical role in driving product strategy and expansion for the Atlas platform. Your primary focus will be developing and implementing strategies to grow account engagement and drive user adoption across multi-app and multi-team organizations. In this role, you will own the product roadmap for expansion, defining customer segments and designing experiments to increase account growth. You'll be responsible for creating friction-reducing features that make it easier for organizations to adopt and scale MongoDB's platform, such as project cloning, streamlined user management, and workload templates. You will build sophisticated digital engagement strategies, including smart prompts, upgrade paths, in-app moments, and email triggers that keep MongoDB top of mind for customers. This involves close collaboration with Marketing, Data Science, Sales, and Customer Success teams to create a seamless, data-driven expansion strategy.
