Head of Developer Ecosystem & Evangelism - Llama

Meta is seeking a hands-on leader to develop and expand the global Developer Ecosystem & Evangelism function for Llama open-weight AI models and ecosystem. This role involves shaping how developers engage with, build on, and contribute to Llama across startups, enterprises, and global communities. Responsibilities include defining and executing developer engagement strategies, increasing adoption through technical enablement and advocacy, and positioning Llama as the foundation for next-generation AI applications. This cross-functional role requires deep technical credibility, strategic insight, operational excellence, and external leadership. You will lead a global team spanning developer advocacy, community management, product marketing, partnerships, and technical support. Key responsibilities include prioritizing developer experience, establishing a global vision for Llama's developer ecosystem, building a high-performing team, representing Meta and Llama at external events, implementing metrics-driven programs to grow developer engagement, and collaborating across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business Development teams.
