Developer Relations Engineer United States - Remote

Demandbase is seeking a passionate and experienced API Evangelist & Developer Relations Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and success of our API ecosystem, fostering a thriving developer community, and serving as the bridge between our field teams and external developers. The role involves technical leadership and education, including designing developer education programs, creating technical content like documentation and tutorials, developing sample applications, tracking API use cases, leading technical workshops, and providing technical guidance on API implementation. Key responsibilities also include community building and advocacy, such as serving as a technical ambassador for Demandbase's API platform, building relationships with developers, representing the company at industry events, managing the developer community, gathering feedback to inform product roadmaps, and collaborating with product teams to ensure API features meet developer needs. Additionally, the role requires providing technical support, creating troubleshooting guides, working with customer success teams, and identifying common integration patterns and best practices.
