This role focuses on supporting developers deploying on XION by providing comprehensive developer relations support. The primary goal is to help builders deploy seamlessly and continuously improve the developer experience. As the lead point of contact, you will provide proactive support across multiple communication channels including Telegram, Discord, forums, and community chats. The role involves addressing developer pain points by improving documentation, examples, SDKs, and APIs in close collaboration with the engineering team. You will gather and prioritize developer feedback, advocate for the developer community's needs internally, and build strong relationships with developers to foster a supportive ecosystem. Staying updated on blockchain and software application trends, tools, and best practices is crucial. The ideal candidate will help streamline developer onboarding, enhance support processes, and contribute to the overall growth and engagement of the developer community.
